The joint outreach project of the National Association of Mapua Alumni (NAMA) and the Foundation of Outstanding Mapuans (FOMI) held last Dec. 5, 2009 at Bukid Kabataan, Gen. Trias, Cavite. 48 children (24 boys and 24 girls) were the beneficiaries of this undertaking. Each child was given a backpack consisting of 2 erasers, 6 pencils, scissor, pencil sharpener, bath towel, hand towel, a box of colored pencil, 6 notebooks, crocs slippers, 3 panties each for girls, 3 shorts for boys, assorted snacks and drinks. 50,000 cash was also handed over.
